Before After

Sadly...

...life has got to become more strict.

Financially, things are a struggle at the moment.

As of tomorrow, I have to go back on a medication which I hate.

I don't have much to say...or many comments to make...I am just quietly reading your blogs though.

Diet-wise...so much for the April health month...breakfast was buttered popcorn, put it that way.

Will be back soon

what store stuff have you in the cupboards

what stuff have you in the cupboard? how many people do you have to cook for? tuna pasta is always a good one filling and cheep.

one tin tuna, pasta, mayo or low fat natural yog, any herbs you may have, sweet corn peas, anything else that you have will be good to just throw in. cook up the pasta, add the rest when cooked and mix together, fills you up and my kids love it.

have a go
