food diary time again methinks....
Food: multigrain bagel, light cream cheese, orange juice
brown pitta, eggs, light mayo
brown pitta, tomatoes, light mayo
half banana
lentil 'bolognese', brown pasta, cheese, raw spinach
total cals: 2000
exercise: 1h running/walking, toning and stretches.
