Have a great trip/time and keep at it, you're doing great! Thanks for the nice comment, though you might want to take it back if you see my blog this morning.  I'm about an inch from meltdown at the moment - the scale is playing games - or my body is, and I've been completely on program - makes no sense.  I understand that it's probably water, but it doesn't make me feel any better at the moment!  I also understand it could be the scale, it doesn't seem to be reliable in the least.  Just really frustrated, but not going to let it mess me up.  :)   Happy Easter, and have a great weekend!!!!

When you get back...

I'll be halfway thru my own 4 week JC Menu committment, plus about 2 weeks away from knowing my actual weight number.

So: I don't know if you're still around, but I'm making a committment right here that when you get back, I'll still be sticking with it! Every day I focus on one thing: stick to that menu.
