Bleurgh blech yuck

I went to bed feeling fine...lots of plans for the day ahead...and woke up with PMS.

Feeling yuck.

Then I got an email re my flights to the US this summer...the airline have changed the schedule, and have put me on flights so close together that anyone with half a brain would be able to tell I am NOT going to get to the second flight in time after clearing immigration.

Phoned the travel agent...they say it isn't their responsibility, it is the airline's responsibility.

So will have to try and sort it tomorrow.

Lost loads of weight overnight because I didn't do a workout yesterday...I hate that! Messing up my wi result because I did a workout the day before...but there is no way I would miss a workout for it anyway!

So...lesson for today is just to keep going as best I can through the PMS, which is always crippling.

I didnt realize that I could be having bad weigh ins because I worked out the day before.  It makes sense, but I hadn't thought of it before.

And I hope your travel plans work out. I hate flying these days, its a total mess.

Hi Rach!

How are you today? Has working out the day before really affected your weight? I feel like I haven't been doing enough. I've only been working out 3x per week since I started weight wathchers(four weeks ago) and after losing 0.4lbs I think my body needs more. Anyway, what part of the U.S will you be travelling to?

PMS Sucks!  I've got it too.  I just want to eat and then curl up in the bed!  But I am not!  I repeat... I AM NOT!  Oh, wait, my bed time is in an hour.  Yes, I am!  LOL!  Feel better and HUGS!
