Don't ask, don't tell
I didn't work out today. Woke up at 1AM and never got back to sleep. About 3AM I gave up and got out of bed.
I weighed myself about 4:30 then went back to my chair and my laptop.
Went in to shower about 8AM and weighed again. I was two pounds lighter. I didn't have the nerve to try it again I just went with 203.0.
I wonder what time I should weigh in tomorrow?

welll....
I am thinking of going to bed at 11:00 tonight and not getting up until the clock....I mean scale reads 149...
(I wonder if there is an alarm feature that I can preset for this function.....or better yet, maybe my scale can perform the weight loss equivalent to the snooze feature my alarm clock has....so I can watch as each lb falls off...
damnnnn, I knew I should have bought the more expensive scale.

Scale
I read somewhere, okay, I think Glamour magazine! That your true weight is after you normally get up in the morning BUT only after your first poop of the day! Of course the reporter went like clockwork, so she was at her true weight within an hour after waking.
For me, I am up and out of the house in the mornings so whatever the scale says when I first hop on it is good for me.. OF course, I have many pounds to go still so a 2-3 pound fluctuation won't kill me! The tricky part will be when I get to my desired weight. Then I will have to be more conscious of the scale and if the pounds go up, 'cause I am not going to do this to myself again(be an unhealthy weight)
