lost again

 

i had a bad week with totm but lost 1,5 i am now the lowest i have been in 2 years and have lost 8.5 in 8 weeks .which is now and steady now all i have to do is keep it up
 
i have a plan of dealing with this week next week will be harder as my mum is comming and she will tempt me off the wagon but i will cross that bridge when i come to it

it's half term and on track 100% i am hoping for another 7lb before xmas and with motivation this high am sure it will be good

omg can not believe it i got up looked in mirror and thought i looked smaller took measurements i have lost

4in off waist

2inches of bust

2inches of hips

so got out some size 14 troussers and they fit they look tiny i am so happy  i have never been a 12 even at gooal but since i have another  3 stone to loose this time if i keep exercising i will be it had definatly motivated me .I am pleased the wii fit is working for me as it is so expensive i feel justified now

this weekend is going well kept to syns yesturday and today have used 7 at off 15 lowering my expectations has helped me focus so as long as i get a lb a week will be happy

 

ok so

i didn't plan but despite having hubby home and collage have kept to the the plan he is working for next 3 days so hopefully should do ok and fit in some exercise

today has been good i have planned essay done homework and tommorow i can stay indoors watching daytime telly and cleaning up relaxing before the chaos of the weekend starts i might do some batch cooking so i can have a another  good weekend hopefully by the time i post again i will be polishing  my halo

well lost 1.5 would have liked more but hey ho aiming for 2.5 to get my first half a stone fingers crossed !

will have to do some serious  planning and exercise feel motivated though so that must  be good thing

good weekend

been struggling a bit lately but after wi on wednesday been on track except a little slip  i have had a great weekend food wise and fitted in some exercise. i have found two thing that have saved me this week one is a choc cake at 0.5 syns a slice it is full of bran so very filling. Also some syn free twiglets lovely thing to much on an evening it is these little things that make the difference feel so positive right now am looking forward to the scales showing a nice loss 4lb get me my first 7lbs but would be happy with two

I have set my target weight at 10.11 which would mean a total loss of 64 lbs i have already lost 17.5 which make me feel good  would love 14 more off by xmas  .

update

had a so so week  got on wii fit yesturday it said i was 5lb heavier thankfully this morning it said i lost 4lb so that's a relief lol  fingers crossed for a small loss

Going to have a  lazy day with kids hubby at work so no excuses

went to sw lost 0.5 which i am ok with.  i have worn pedometer all day and so far 7,300 so i think my target tommmorow will be 8,000 steps went and logged weight on liverpool challlenge site and upted my pledge  to 21 pounds  onlu 16 ponds to go

still on track

i have now been back on sw for two weeks i have had a couple of slips but on the whole pleased . I am so busy at the moment after years of being a stay at home mum to have a empty nest all day and am adjusting to my new life and loving it i forgot how nice it can be to be alone i feel this is the perfect time to concentrate on my healthy eating and looking after me.

I have signed up for the liverpool nhs challenge and pledged to loose a stone ( the max you could pledge i would actually like to have lost  three stone 7 in that time) they sent me a pack today with a peodometor in so am going to set myself step challenges i plan to wear it tommmorow to see what my average step count is the addd an extra 5oo a week

 

hopefully i will find time to feel this blog out more than once a week  but i will keep posting
