Starting to see a difference

Okay, so I am starting to see a change in my body.  The elipitical machine has been broke ever since I wanted to start working on it for an hour at a time.  So I have been working on the treadmill for 30 minutes and the stationary bike for 30 minutes.  I also started the special k thing too.  I like this meal plan alot because I am so strapped for time.  I just take enough snacks and meals that I need for the day with me to work.  When I have a chocolate crave the cereal bars with chocolate on the bottom help so much.
I have been eating sushi twice a week now also, which is my favorite thing to eat.  My boyfriend helps me so much with my diet and my exercise program.
so things are good for me today!

Bikini Body

I am gonna get into my bikini! I may be almost fourty, but I promise you that I am gonna look good by the time I get to fourty.....lol.  With all this being careful as to what I place in my mouth, doesnt mean mean things nor funny things cant come out of it.

.....so here goes, why is it that men always look at the hot chicks in the bikini's?  Human nature I suppose, but I would like to be that girl that he is looking at laying out beside the pool.  I will be her some day and I am so excited and I can not wait.  Oh ya and I will not give the time of day to those type of men that would not have looked at me prior to the bikini body!

This means that I may have to cut you out of my life Mr.!  I just would like for things to go my way a little faster thats all.  I have been getting tired of trying lately, but I have maintained the same weight which is a good thing.

Okay, so here goes it again....I am gonna get busy again with this weight loss thing.  I am going to limited once again what I place into my mouth and repeat..."once on the lips, a lifetime upon the hips!"

I may step up my workout in the evenings to  two 28 minute "weightloss" workouts on the ellipitical machine (Precor).  I think that will be my goal today...I will write again tomorrow to let you know how it went..

New Friends

I made some new friends...from New York!  I love this couple, they are great.  They make me miss the little things about NY.  I need to bring my girl "K" out of her shell though....lol

Back on Track

I just added exercise to my program in March, due to a slight plato problem.  I am starting to loose again....I have loss four pounds since last week.  I am working out on an elipictal machine for thirty minutes and run about 3600 strides for the entire 30 minute session.  Then a stationary bicycle for thirty minutes at 10mph.  I do this five days a week, sunday thru thursday.

I am happy that I have already loss 40 pounds in a year and can't wait to see what more that I can do this year.

Spring Break

Real nice......who's idea was it to have spring break?  I feel so bad that I have not been able to spend time with my children during their break.  Maybe that is the whole point, maybe it is that they are breaking from us-the parents. lol  I have been real busy working.  I started an exercise program ten days ago and it is going well.  I am not doing to much too fast, I just starting out riding the stationary bicycle for three miles everyday for four to five days a week.  This week I am up to five miles a day.  I am going to put in place some power walking also.

Since I have been working out, I have not been sticking to my original food plan.  What I mean by this is that I am still eating all the items listed in the previous post......but every now and then a peanut butter and jelly sandwich comes into the picture.  I think that since I have started working out, my body is burning something and then craving to replace it.  I have not yet figured it out yet, maybe it is sodium or potassium...lord knows that it can be protien.

Anyways I have to keep this short for today....I will check in again in about ten more days

Baseball Season is here.....

I love baseball!  So since it is here, this means only eating the winnie and having a diet coke.  Last year during baseball season I ate lots of peanuts and tons of sunflower seeds, oh ya and lots of sugarfree bubble gum.

I am not following any diet program or plan.  My doctor just simply said, "stay away from anything that contains flour or sugar."  This seems to be working for me very well.  I am not loosing real fast, but kind of in a natural way.... slowly.  This seems to be better for me be cause I am not placing the weight back on rapidly when I do have a treat.  In the morning I usually scramble an egg and one slice of bacon or pan sausage.  For lunch I usually have tuna or chicken salad with mayo and a chopped dill pickle, maybe a little onion.  Dinner, I eat one piece of meat and a HUGE salad with oil and vinegar dressing.  I eat hard boiled eggs for snacks or fruit.

When I grocery shop, I do not go down the isles (except for my tuna/chicken).  The things that I need are only around the outer edge of the store.  That is where all of the healthy (fresh) stuff is located, if you think about it.

Well, today my partner and I are going to start  a new exercise program.  I will let ya'll know how it goes!
