What a great weekend
Hello everyone!!! I had an awesome weekend. Had really healthy foods, great workouts!! I was so sore the from all of the working out. Didnt lose but didnt gain so I am happy about that. I hope that you all have a great week. I will be trying to post every night this week before I leave for the lake this weekend.

What Beautiful Weather
Wow back on track and the weather is great. Heading to the lake tomorrow after the kids get done with softball practice. I am so excited. My plans are to ride my bike around the lake at least 3 times this weekend. That will equal to 12 miles or more I am going to drive it to find out the exact miles. Going to do lots of swimming and sking too. That will make this weekend a good workout and a fun one at that.
I weighed this morning 126 WOOoooHHooOOOO!!!
I am jumping with joy. Could be all the stress from last week though. Oh well works for me. I have missed reading all your posts. I need to find away so I can post when I am gone on the weekends.
Not much to go to meet my new goal weight. Not sure what I am going to do after I meet it.I was really wanting to get to 115 but I am beginning to think that will be too skinny. So I really have not decided yet.
We shall see. I know they say that is my ideal weight. Who knows!! LOL

BAD BAD WEEK
Wow I am so sorry that I have not written in a very long time. It is now lake season and getting ready for harvest. UGGGHH not enough hours in a day.
Also last week was the worst. Friday May 4th was my 11th wedding anniversity a night that I will never forget. As you know I am from Kansas only 30 mins away from Greensburg Kansas. Where the EF5 tornado was.
The kids and I had already headed to the lake for the weekend and my husband was going to join us on Sat. He decided to go ahead and drive to Coldwater Lake only 23 miles from Greensburg. Well he drove right under a little tornado and stopped in Greensburg to wait it out. Something told him to go on. So he did... running into baseball size hell he pulled over again waiting for it to pass... got really calm then the wind picked up ... he laid on the gas and kepping going because he said he felt like somthing d=bad was going to happen. Thank God he listen to what he was feeling or i might have became a widow. He ran into the storm chasers and they asked him if he knew that he was froving parell with a very large tornado.
My friends that live in greensburg lost their homes so we have been helping them clean up the destruction. So I have been really busy.
So I am not going to say anymore about the storm because i know how that can bore you.
I have however manage to maintain my weight and lose a few more pounds.

Back On Track FINALLY!
Well I failed once again with posting everyday however, I have gotten back on track somewhat. I have beeen riding my bike more. Still working lots of hours. Going to the lake every weekend now. Getting lots of exercises at work running up and down the halls. So I feel that I am doing very well. I also am losing again after gaining about 5 pounds. So wish me luck

It's Amazing How You get all tangled up in Life
Wow!! It's been a really long time since I have posted anything. I have just got lost in life. I have to say that I miss getting on here and reading everything you all have to say. I will try to do better in the coming weeks.
I have been so busy working lately that all I do is come home and go straight to bed. Working 12 hours a day is killing me. Oh well!! Should be getting back to normal hours. At least I am maintaining my weight. Have gained nor lost.
I hope to change that this week. Get back on track and start losing again. Still have 15 pounds to lose. I havent been weighing myself at home or work. Just once a week. I am going to weigh tomorrow so I will post my weight then.
Guess I am going to have to start all over with everything and find out what works for me. I am going to start counting calories again. Going to bring it back down to 1200 caloried a day. We will see if that works again. I am going to the gym tomorrow morning. Then if the weather aloows me to I will ride my bike a few miles.
I hope all of you are having much success with your weight loss.

Its Been Awhile
Hello Everyone,
I have been so busy... I have been working till late SPRING cleaning. I know it seems like I clean all the time but I am doing some deep cleaning. I have gotten rid of so much. Which is a good thing.
Today I mowed the lawn and cleaned out two of the out buildings. I think I burned about 4 load of junk. I painted my washroom. Painted it a dark blue.. Used the USA theme. I think it looks great. Next I am redoing the floor.
I am still losing I am only weighing once a week. (Fridays). So I will let you know what my weight is then. I think I got too obsessed with the scale. I am still counting calories. Just trying not to over do it. Guess I just need a little break.
The break didnt hurt me at all. I just watched what I ate and didnt stress over the food and scale. I have been exercising a lot too. Joined the gym here in town. The weather has been so nice so I have been doing lots of walking outside. Tomorrow is going to be a bad and cold day. Even a chance of snow. SNOW geesh thought that was over.
Anyways, I will try to get back to posting again. I hope everyone is doing well with their weight loss. Even though I have not been here I am thinking of you all

Sometimes we just need a little break
Counting calories.... over and over and over again
Drinking all the ozs of water.... over and over again
Ever once in a while we just crave the bad drinks and foods...
Yeah I know... I am doing so good at trying to stay on track.....
I JUST WANT A TASTE!!! I tell myself but I know what will happen if i fall into that pattern. All that I have worked so hard at will be lost once again. I will gain the wait back and kick myself. Start getting depressed etc.
So what does one do?
I know that I am getting tired of counting the calories... I want something other than water. So what do I do that is the question.
I really don't care for diet pop and reg pop is way to sweet. WHAT CAN I DRINK that wont hurt me.
I am doing fine with my diet just need a change.
I am still getting my exercise in everyday... I think I have only missed two days because of the weather. Which today was one of those days. It was raining and so cold outside.
I know that it really starts to warm up I will be out in the warm weather working up a sweat.
Just trying to be honest with myself.... Trying not to whine... Just asking for ideas.
The sad thing is that I have gained a pound back. I am still at my first goal weight. So now I have to start all over on my second goal weight which is 115.
Hope you all are doing better than me
