Exercise is no more.....

well at least for a little while.  I seriously bruised my big toe on my left foot when I was playing in a dodge ball tournament on Sunday, and because of that, working out to my FIRM Dvd's is painful.  I know I sound like a big wimp but it REALLY hurts.  LOL So until it starts feeling much better and the bruising has gone down, I'm back to just walking. 

But that's ok.  The weather here in MI has been beautiful the past couple of days.  I walked 4 miles on Saturday and yesterday.  It was so nice to get outside! 

So I'm really hoping for a maintain tomorrow.  I've been following program pretty well this week but have slacked off sometimes as well.  I'm hoping the exercise I've gotten in will keep me at the 162 I was at last Wednesday.

Jason's already lost 3lbs so far this week!!  I'm so proud of him!!  We went grocery shopping yesterday and have decided to not get anymore snack food.   No more chips, or pretzels, or popcorn.  Just fruits and veggies for us.  I was very proud of us!!  :o)

Working out at 6 am is kind of fun!!!

Now I know your thinking to yourself...." Is she losing her mind?"  well somedays.......yes I think I am.  But seriously, this morning my darling daughter woke up at 6am for a feeding and usually I feed her, put her back to sleep and go back to sleep myself.  Well this morning as I was giving her her bottle, I decided not to go back to sleep myself.   Instead, I stayed up and worked out for 40 min.  I'm a little on the sore side this morning but I'm so glad I did it.  Now I don't have to worry about getting in my exercise while I'm trying to do everything else tonight when I get home from work.  Its great!!  I'm so happy I did it!!   I think I'm gonna do it tomorrow to!! 

Who is this person that I'm becoming?!?!  Well whoever it is, I love her!!  :o)

Its WI day, Wooo Hoooo

I'm so freaking excited!!  I made my 10% goal!!!  I'm down another -2lbs and passed my 10% goal of 163!!!  YAYAYAYAYAY!!!  I guess those FIRM Dvds really paid off as well as staying OP all week long!! 

Jason is doing really well so far too.  He is on his 3rd day on WW and we have realized that we need to plan his meal in advance for him to stay on course.  This is true mostly with lunch, if he doesn't bring one with him, its hard for me to know what is good to eat at lunch and what is not.  I'm so proud of him for sticking with it!!  :o)

So today's plan is:

B: 1 can of pineapple: 3pts

L: Cheese Pizza and popcorn: 8 pts

S: 1 c. Grapes

D: ????  Not really sure

AP's: THis is my day off so no AP today.  :o)

New Family Pictures are uploaded

Hey everyone!   Well we finally got our Family pictures and MJ's 6 months pictures taken.  If you have a Portrait Innovations near you, you just must go!!!  They always do such a great job!!

So I like the pictures a lot, but I'm still seeing myself has huge in them.  I know its gonna take me a while to be satisfied with how I look in pictures. 

But on a positive note, I did my 1 more workout this weekend with my Firm DVD and I cheated and weighed myself, I'm already doing 2 lbs!!!  I hope I can stick with it iby Wed. I've been doing every other day with the DVDs and I'm also trying to walk on the treadmill or outside on the inbetween days.  I've been to the T with my journaling and I'm so proud of myself!!  I'm determined to get to my 10% goal this wednesday!!!

Jason (my DH) has decided to start WW today!!!  I"m so excited.  We were talking to some friends this weekend at church who have really lost some weight and look awesome now, and on the way home from church Jason told me he wanted to do something about his weight and wanted to start a diet.  I told him how much I love WW and he decided to Join!!  I"m excited that we will be doing it together!

Well I have to start reading and replying to all the posts you wonderful people posted on my blog.  You guys are the best!  Thanks for the support!

My Thighs are burning!! OUCH!

LOL  Well as you might of guessed I started my "FIRM" DVD's last night.  Did 36 min of the "Total Body Scuplt", I wasn't able to get the whole DVD in last night as I had to get Mackenzie fed and ready for bed but at least I did some of it.   And I'm in PAIN  today!!  LOL  Its a good pain though and I"ll take it!!  My thighs are killing me but you know the saying "No pain, no gain"  So i'm doing the videos again tonight and this weekend. 

Our Family pictures are this Saturday, and this time, no rescheduling.  I made sure Jason had the morning off!  So I should be in on Monday with some new pictures!!
