Air!!! Wonderful Air

I can breathe today!!  Its wonderful!!!  See I've been stuffy these last few days.  My daughter just started day care, and of course,  on her third day there she picks up a cold from one of the other little boys there.  The poor thing.  Of course DH and I pick up the cold and now we are both sick.  Stuffy noses and all.  LOL oh well, what can you do? 

Well today I found this great stuff by vicks, called Vicks nasal spray, this stuff must come directly from God!!  Its wonderful!!!  After 3 days of being stuffed up and trying everything known to man to make it better, I finally found this stuff!!  Its wonderful!

I must say, that being stuffed up has put a damper on my eating, I just can taste anything anymore.  Totally no fun when you eat!!  LOL

Woo Hoo!!! 20lbs gone!!!

Finally I have something to really celebrate!!  I've lost 20 lbs!!  I've been yo yoing these past couple of weeks and I never thought I would see the 20lb mark but today I did and I'm so excited!!

This last week I tried really hard and it seems it paid off (being sick probably helped a little bit too, but who's counting) Yay me!!!

Jason has lost an add'l 2 lbs, I thinks thats a total of 12lbs for him so far!!  I'm very proud of him!!

I'm sorry I haven't been posting on everyone's blog.  I've been a bad blogger friend and I need to get better.  Work has just been nuts and then with being sick I haven't been on the computer in 2 days.  Thanks for sticking with me you guys!!  I promise I will be better. 

So on to a new week and another 20lbs!!!  Hopefully the next 20 won't take as long to get off!

I hate to admit it but......

I did so bad last week and of course I gained.  But I gained the most ever, 2lbs!  I couldn't even bear to look at the scale.  I'm so ashamed in myself.  I'm in the yo yo game with my body, one week I lose the next week I gain. How long am I gonna be in the 160's???

I'm re-comitting today.   Setting new goals for myself.  Taking it one day at a time.  I can already see a drop in the scale in the last 2 days so I'm happy about that.  But I'm still not close to my old 162.  I need to start going back to my old ways ot writing everything down that I eat, and posting on her each day when I can. 

I've gotten so much support on EP and I know that has been a huge part in my success so far. 

So, again, I'm back on track.  Hopefully for the last time!

Weigh-in Wednesday...

went great!  I lost the lb that I had gained last week so I'm happy about that.  Thanks for all the postive comments on my blog when I gained last week.  I appericate it. 

I'm glad to see that even after a gain, I didn't give up on the program. I kept with it and I'm so proud of myself because of it.  The old me would of gone straight to Mcdonalds the day of WI and said "Screw WW"  Yay for stinking to my guns!

Sorry I was MIA last week, work has been nuts.  Jas is still doing good,  Lost another 2 lbs, a total of 9 so far!  Very proud of him!

The verdict is in.......

And I'm up a lb.  It could of been worse so I'm not too distraut over gaining this week.  I knew I was going to. 

So this week, I'm back on track and it's going to be a great week.   I'm going to be OP all week, drink all my water, and exercise 5/7 days!!  I can do this!!!  I'm losing this lb and some!!!

Jason is still doing great.  Lost another 2lbs!!  I'm very proud of him!  We just signed up to walk in the Susan Koman Breast Cancer walk with some friends of ours.  It's at the end of April so hopefully the weather will be nice.  We do it every year.  It should be fun!

What's a girl to do????

Ok I need some advice.  As some of you know, I was feeling a little off last week.  So I kind of took a week off exercising.  Well with the no exercising I also got kind of lax on my WW plan and got off course a little bit.  So I know tomorrow for my WI I will gain. 

This is where I need advice,  should I still go to WI tomorrow, pay the $12 and move on, or should I skip WI, and go next week and pay $24 and hope I can get back down to my 162 weight and maybe even loose more.

My fears:  If I skip this week, I'm afraid I will start telling myself that I can skip the next week, and then the week after that, and then I'll be back up to 180. 

What would you do?

Sleep Deprived

Thats how I feel today.  The last couple of nights my daughter has decided that she doesn't like sleep and I'm paying the price for it.  I'm so tired and its starting to affect my exercise commitment as well.  I have been trying to get up early and exercise before I get ready for the day, but because of the lack of sleep I haven't been doing that lately.  And now I'm beginning to  feel like a slob and just plain yucky.  I would exercise at night, but when I get home from work, there is just so much to do that when I finally have a free second, I'm just to tired to get out my dvds and workout for an hour. 

I'm also not feeling really good.  I think I'm coming down with something because on top of being tired all the time,  my stomach just can't seem to settle down.  I really hope I'm not sick.  I don't have time to be sick!!

All in all its been a tiring week and I'm ready for it to be over.

Weigh-in Wednesday

Well I got my wish, I didn't gain.  I'm maintaining again this week.  Which is ok because I was really worried I would gain.  I so want to get into the 150's.  Its been ages since I've even seen the 150's.   I'm hoping next week will give me a better result.

On a better note, my hubby Jason lost 5 lbs this week!!  He didn't seem that excited about it at first, but when I told him the average weight loss is around 1-2 lbs he got more excited!!  Heck I would love to lose 5 lbs in a week!!!  I hope he sticks with it!!

So the menu for today:

B: Salt Bagel 5 pts

L: Cheese Pizza and Popcorn 8pts

S: 1 c. grapes 1pt

D:  Something for 8 pts.  Not quite sure yet.

Exercise....well its a little cold outside (I'm so ready for warm spring weather) so I might try and get in a DVD workout instead of walking.  We will see how my toe holds up.
