I can't get out of bed

 

I'm frustrated.  I can't seem to drag my arse out of bed in the morning so i can go work out.  I don't have time after work because I have to get home and get the kids bathed and in bed and after that we eat dinner and watch some TV.  Its really the only time I get to spend with my DH. 
 
What are some ways i can get myself to stop pushing the snooze button on my alarm clock!??!  HELP!

This weekend

 

Went pretty well.  Well Saturday evening was a bust but I knew that was going to happen days before.  Mexican is never really good for you.  Yesterday I did really well counting my calories and fat grams.  I'm seeing a loss on the scale already. 
 
But.......................I didn't get my arse out of bed this morning so no working out for me.  I'll try to do it tonight after the kids are in bed but I'm not sure.  Maybe I can convience DH to unburry our treadmill down stairs so i can use it instead of heading to the gym.

Jello Pudding Snacks

 

I love love love the person who came up with Fat Free Chocolate pudding!  Total satisfys my chocolate cravings!!  mmmmmmmmmm

Tried on the dress.........yeah not liking it so much

So I picked up my Bridemaid dress this last week and tried it on.  It fits, but it's not pretty.  I can't beleive how much back fat I have.  Its gross.  And then I had to purchse my bra thing because I don't have any strapless bra's and that's a lot bigger than I wanted to buy, 

I feel so gross.  I have a month before the wedding and I'm hoping to lose about 10 lbs.  That's 2.5 lbs a week.  I know its a steep goal but I know I can do it!!

Counting Fat Grams

Well I got my arse out of bed this morning (Thanks to my human alarm clock, Carter) and went to the Gym. I was only able to stay a 1/2 hr because I had to be at work early but I did 23 min on the treadmill and lifted some weights that I can feel in my arms now!

So Day one is off to a good start. I've decided to start counting fat grams and limiting myself to 15-16 a day. So Far I've had:

Breakfast:
1 Herbalife Shake: 1g
1 1/2 cups FF milk: 0g
2 apples: 0g

Lunch:
Subway Turkey and Ham 6'in Sub: 5g
Diet Coke: 0g
Fruit Cup: 0g

Snacks:
FF Chocolate Pudding: 0g
Grapes: 0g

Dinner:
Taco Salad w/ 3oz of lean hamburger, 1oz of baked dorritos, lettuce and FF Catalina Dressing: 6.5g
FF milk: 0g

Dessert:
FF Chocolate Pudding: 0g
100 calorie Snack Pack of Graham Crackers: 2g

Total Fat g's for day: 16

Lets hope I can stick with it!

Going Shopping

For Healthy Foods that is.  I've discovered a health food store near where I work and I'm excited to check out what they have to offer.  Since doing the core program of WW earlier this year I learned a lot of healthy grains and other 'better for you' foods. 

I've planned out the menu for the week and now I want to find some good side dishes we can have as well.  I'm excited to check it out!

I'm just sick

I just calculated my BMI and I found out I'm in the Obese catagory.  How did I let myself get this way?!?!?

Well Shake and Grapes for Breakfast, Shake for lunch, Chicken for dinner.  I'm hoping to get some walking in after work but it's so icky out, I don't know if that's possible.

Day 1

So I'm starting today as Day 1.  I've had my shake for breakfast and for lunch I'm having my Taco Salad.  Dinner I"m not quite sure what we'll be having.

I bought a new journal to keep track of my food intake and to also jot down my thoughts as well.  I want to get excited to journal and I thought a new journal would do that.

Yesterday the kids and I walked around the neighborhood for a good 30 min.  The weather was so nice last night and will be for the rest of the weekend.  Hopefully I can get some more walks in later.  I'm also hoping to hit the gym Sunday and Monday. 

I'm sick and tired of feeling like this!!  I need to do this for me!

Yes again.....but I'm back!  And I'm excited to be back!!  130's here I come!

Not One Damn lb!!!!!

Notta one!  All week I've been working out and getting up early and I didn't lose one damn lb!  What the heck!  How frustrating!!!  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
