I was only able to stay a 1/2 hr because I had to be at work early but I did 23 min on the treadmill and lifted some weights that I can feel in my arms now! <BR><BR>So Day one is off to a good start. I've decided to start counting fat grams and limiting myself to 15-16 a day.
