Down 4 lbs!
Well since I can't put it on my weight log because I haven't weighed in for a while I have to gloat about it somewhere.....
I'm down 4lb this week! I started the week at 190 and now I'm at 186!! I'm so excited.
I'm cut out my snacking unless it's fruit or a low cal yogart, and I've also cut way down on my portions. I can tell my stomach has shrunk and I'm paying closer attention to how I'm feeling.
I hope I can keep this up once I go back to work on Saturday.
