Morning Workouts still going strong
So I hit the gym again on Monday. I wasn't able to get up early because Jason had a meeting first thing, but I did go once I got the kids down for their naps and Jason was back home. I was able to do a longer workout which was nice. 20 min on the eliptical and 20 min of weights. Felt good working out.
I feel fat today though, i'm not seeing the loss on the scale anymore like I was earlier this week and its bumming me out. I know I should stay off the scale for this very reason because the weight /- will drive me nuts through out the week but I'm so addicted to scale peaking. I know I'm not the only one out there that does it. ☺
Wi is tomorrow morning. I'm really hoping I see a loss. I hope all this working out will show a least a small loss. Please Please oh Please!
