Morning Workout Day 2
So I headed to the gym again this morning! I got a late start again because of Carter (Stinking baby! LOL) but I made it there so that's a plus. I did the elliptical for 10 min and then lifted weights for another 10. Shorter workout than I wanted but hey, it's something.
I've been doing really well with journaling and not giving in on my urges to snack. If I'm truely hungry I have a piece of fruit or something else core. I can already see a loss on the scale. Now all I have to do is get back down to what I was before I started this splurge.
So Day 2 is now checked off my to-do list. I hope I can keep this going!
