Morning Workout Day 1

So I found out that the gym I have a lifetime membership to opens at 6am.  I'm normally up at that time anyway feeding Carter so I decided to start going to the gym early in the morning and get my workout out of the way.

So today was day one and I got a little bit of a late start but I made it there by 6:30 and got my quick 30 mins in of cardio (elipitcal machine) and strength training (dumb bells and some machines)  and I can already feel that my muscles were worked.  I didn't push it, so I'm not sore and that's good.

So day 1 is down and Friday will be day 2.  I decided to do every other so M,W, F and S.  I really hope I can stick with it.  To celebrate I bought some yummy fruits for my lunch and breakfasts for the rest of the week.

The first one is the hardest...

Good for you!  and weight training no less?!?  It's easy to get to the gym and plunk myself on a cardio machine, but 10x harder to go (at that hour no less) and lift weights!  Go Jenn!  = )
