Morning Workout Day 1
So I found out that the gym I have a lifetime membership to opens at 6am. I'm normally up at that time anyway feeding Carter so I decided to start going to the gym early in the morning and get my workout out of the way.
So today was day one and I got a little bit of a late start but I made it there by 6:30 and got my quick 30 mins in of cardio (elipitcal machine) and strength training (dumb bells and some machines) and I can already feel that my muscles were worked. I didn't push it, so I'm not sore and that's good.
So day 1 is down and Friday will be day 2. I decided to do every other so M,W, F and S. I really hope I can stick with it. To celebrate I bought some yummy fruits for my lunch and breakfasts for the rest of the week.
