WI day is moved to next week
I was running major late this morning so I didn't make it over to WW to weigh in. I will next week and hopefully I'll see a double loss!!
Jason and I took the kids for a walk last night which was really nice. I'm planning on hitting the gym tonight after work and also walking on my lunch hour today.
Menu today includes:
- B: Shredded Wheat with FF milk and Splenda
- S: Grapes
- L: Chicken Enchilada w/ mexican Rice (points for rice)
- S: Pineapple and Banana
- D: Pot Roast with Potatoes, Carrots, and Mushrooms
