So far so good
Well its Monday and WI is in a few days. I think the week has gone by as good as could be. I'm seeing the scale go down so that is a good thing. I really need to get some more exercise into my routine. I know this weight would be coming off a lot more if I got more exercise in my routine.
I went for a walk with the kids this weekend, they loved being outside, but it was sooooooooo hot!! So I only went around the block one instead of the 3 times I was planning because of how hot it was. Blah I hate summer sometimes!
