1.5 lbs a week

That's my goal until my SIL's wedding in December.  If I can lose an average of 1.5 a week I'll be close to my 2nd 10% and in the 140's.  I'm really hoping I can get there!!

I found out we are going dress shopping Labor Day weekend.  That gives me a total of  31 days to get some major weight off.  I really need to start working out more.  I know that will really help!!

Yep!

I agree with Reese.  You CAN do it.  A consistent 1.5 per week is doable if you focus.  I can't wait to hear all about your progress.

And....the 14:11 was my average pace per mile.  Not my total time.  LOL!  It took me 1 hour and two minutes to go 4.42 miles.  I'm not that good....I wish!
