Gain :BLAH:

Only a .8 gain but a gain none the less.  I'm so upset.  I really tried this week.  Well I know I could of tried harder, the french fries and extra snacking didn't help at all.  But I still wrote everything that I ate down, measured my foods and only ate about 15 flex points this week.  Very frustrating!

I really need to start getting in exercise.  Its just so darn hard to find time with 2 children at home that need to be fed, bathed and put to bed when I get home.  I'm just so tired afterwards all I want to do is sleep.  LOL  I'm really gonna try to start walking on my lunch hour.  The weather is still really cold outside so I'm gonna go to the mall and try and walk for at least 15 min each day.  I need to do something.

I know I also need to do better about getting in all my fruits and veggies servings each day, as well as drink all my water.  I think I'm gonna buy some of those water flavorings because just plain water is so boring.

So hopefully this time next week I will be reporting a loss.  Lets all cross our fingers and hope for me!

It helps.

I hate to say it but water will really help you. It help in the cravings too. And the flavorings for the water may be extra calories but it really does help me get my water in. I hate plain water. So it is a good idea. Hope you like them. It'll make things a lot easier. Take care.

Water Add Ins

They are great.  I still try to drink at least SOME plain water, though.  I think water is a huge resource when losing weight and getting healthy.  Good luck getting that exercise in.  You know you will feel so good!

I hated drinking so much water but I just get kroger purified water measure my weight in half and that's how many oz I drink in a day just try to keep a little tally. You flush out everything and you'll loss more weight esp around tom. I haven't had a problem with gaining weight when tom comes around as long as I drink a lot of water.

And that's awesome you are trying to find time to exercise it's rough but you'll find a way just make it something you have to do like going to the bathroom or eating during the day.
