Mindless Eating...
This is something that I've been really struggling with this week. Twice this week my husband has brought home fast food from Burger King for himself but a nice sub from Subway for me. I was so proud of myself for being good and not giving in to my fast food cravings, but I found myself attracted to the french fries from his meal. I don't even LIKE burger king fries but I found myself just eating away at them. Before I even knew what I was doing I had eaten about 1/4 of his large fries. I seriously had to say "JENN, STOP".
Why when I'm getting so close to my goal I find myself sabotaging my own diet. Its so frustrating! I've have been writing down all my points, so I'm just hoping all the good I've done this week trumps all the bad. I guess we'll find on Wednesday,
