I think its time to bring a little exercise into my life
I've done great so far on WW. But now that I'm getting close to my goal weight I think the weight will start to become harder to take off. So today I made plans with a friend from church to have a playdate for our daughters at the mall where they have a new kids play area. That way after the girls are done playing we can walk around the mall a couple of times and maybe do some window shopping.
I just wonder how I can get exercise in at home after work and on the weekends. I have a few "Firm" dvd's but those are an hour long and who has the time to do an hour long workout when you have a 17 month wanting to watch Sesame Street and a 2 month old needing to be fed. I can't wait until it gets nicer outside so I can take our new double stroller out for a walk with the kids.
I really want to do a better job about exercise this year but I feel like I'm trapped a doing nothing until its nicer outside.
