Day three and going strong
We'll its the third day doing WW and its going well so far. Of course everytime I start the plan back up my mind goes crazy with things I "want" to snack on that isn't so point friendly. Good thing I have stocked up on fruits and pickles. Very point friendly!!
So far today I've had:
- Breakfast: Raisn Bran Crunch w/1 c. milk (7 pts)
- Lunch: Spaghetti w/ 3/4 c. sauce and a dt mt dew (10 pts)
- Dinner: 4 Mozz sticks and a smart one tv dinner (13 pts)
- Dessert: WW Oreo Cookie Bar (2 pts)
- Total: 32 pts.
It's nice to have the extra points because I'm nursing, def helps because I find I'm hungry a lot more often, And thirsty all the time. I really can't get enough water!!
