Today is day one for me. I am starting again at my current weight of 165 and I'm making a new goal date for myself of August 31st. I've also erased all my previous weights on my blog weight chart. I'm start FRESH!!
My DH and I have decided that we are going to start TTC again starting in September. I have made a challange for myself to be at or within 5 lbs of my goal weight before we start trying. I really want to get down to my goal weight in case we get pregnant right away. That way I can work off my pregnant weight and not my pregnancy weight plus some once the baby is born. KWIM?
I really needed a new pick me up because lately i've been doing so badly with my weight and diet. I've gained back 4lbs of what I've previously lost and I didn't want to keep heading in the wrong direction. I need to get back on the program.
So far today I've had:
Breakfast: Nature's Valley Bar: 4 pts
Lunch: Cheese Pizza and Popcorn: 8 pts
Dinner: Taco Salad Wrap: 10 pts
I'm also drinking 6 glasses of water today and making sure I take my 2 Vit. D pills since I don't drink milk and a multi vit.
I hope I back for good and I'm back on track.

That's awesome! You are re-dedicating yourself. I'm sure you can do it! I know what you mean about the pregnancy thing. I want to be at goal, or close, before we start TTC. But if DH keeps working nights and going to school, Tatum may just have to be an only child. LOL!
Good for you! Starting new is so much better than quitting! Oh, and your next pregnancy will be so much more comfortable if you are the right weight. I am hoping to be my goal weight before we TTC again!
Good for you! I feel that way myself. When I step on the scale at my new Thursday meeting I expect to be an extra 10-15 pounds from the last time. Sometimes you just need to say, "It's time to start over and do this right."
Yay that you guys are going to try for a new baby! That is exciting news! It's nice that you have a plan of action for your body as well.
I think it's really great that you and your husband are TTC. It's even better that you are focused on your health and weight prior to the new baby. I've been reading up lots on TTC and it's still one of my main reasons for losing weight. Hopefully it will be sometime this Fall for us.
I hope all is well with you. Keep it up. I've been checking on you each day hoping to see an update! We won't think poorly of you if you need one more day 1... or even 10 more... just don't give up!
