The verdict is in.......
And I'm up a lb. It could of been worse so I'm not too distraut over gaining this week. I knew I was going to.
So this week, I'm back on track and it's going to be a great week. I'm going to be OP all week, drink all my water, and exercise 5/7 days!! I can do this!!! I'm losing this lb and some!!!
Jason is still doing great. Lost another 2lbs!! I'm very proud of him! We just signed up to walk in the Susan Koman Breast Cancer walk with some friends of ours. It's at the end of April so hopefully the weather will be nice. We do it every year. It should be fun!

Gaining
a lb is a temporary setback as is my 2lbs gain.
Enjoy the walk - it's for a great cause and it will come handy for exercise. Keep up the good week.

Gaining
I gained many times during my weight loss and let me tell you, without gains I wouldn't have learned all the lessons I did learn. I know you are thinking, im down and upset that I gained, but its the lesson you learn that is important. Im glad you decided to go and weigh in. You are holding yourself accountable and that is the best thing to do! Good job!
Don't worry that weight will come off right away! I hope you have a wonderful day!!

Sorry to hear about the gain this week. I go up and down all the time. At first it bothered me, now not so much. I just continue to stay on track and improve and thats all I have control over. You will get there!!!
