Sleep Deprived

Thats how I feel today.  The last couple of nights my daughter has decided that she doesn't like sleep and I'm paying the price for it.  I'm so tired and its starting to affect my exercise commitment as well.  I have been trying to get up early and exercise before I get ready for the day, but because of the lack of sleep I haven't been doing that lately.  And now I'm beginning to  feel like a slob and just plain yucky.  I would exercise at night, but when I get home from work, there is just so much to do that when I finally have a free second, I'm just to tired to get out my dvds and workout for an hour. 

I'm also not feeling really good.  I think I'm coming down with something because on top of being tired all the time,  my stomach just can't seem to settle down.  I really hope I'm not sick.  I don't have time to be sick!!

All in all its been a tiring week and I'm ready for it to be over.

I hope you're not sick, either!  It is probably lack of sleep that has you down.  I hope you get your daughter settled soon - you'll feel better when you start the AM workouts again.  Have a great weekend!

You just described how I'm feeling today.  Isn't that weird?  I don't have any children but I do "babysit" junior high kids all day.  It really wears you down.

Take some time to get some rest and maybe take a nap instead of exercising.  Get healthy before you get back into the exercise routine so you don't make yourself more sick if that is the issue.

If you are feeling yucky, don't force yourself to workout....just maybe do something light and work your way back to it.

I hope you start feeling better soon and that you were able to catch up on some sleep. I know without sleep im a grump and im a zombie the entire day!

Just rest your body and listen to it, it will thank you in the end. Hopefully you are feeling better today and I hope you have a wonderful Sunday!
