Weigh-in Wednesday

Well I got my wish, I didn't gain.  I'm maintaining again this week.  Which is ok because I was really worried I would gain.  I so want to get into the 150's.  Its been ages since I've even seen the 150's.   I'm hoping next week will give me a better result.

On a better note, my hubby Jason lost 5 lbs this week!!  He didn't seem that excited about it at first, but when I told him the average weight loss is around 1-2 lbs he got more excited!!  Heck I would love to lose 5 lbs in a week!!!  I hope he sticks with it!!

So the menu for today:

B: Salt Bagel 5 pts

L: Cheese Pizza and Popcorn 8pts

S: 1 c. grapes 1pt

D:  Something for 8 pts.  Not quite sure yet.

Exercise....well its a little cold outside (I'm so ready for warm spring weather) so I might try and get in a DVD workout instead of walking.  We will see how my toe holds up.

Accomplishment

Well that's an accomplishment!  You didn't gain and that's what you wanted.  It's good that you got your wish.

haha Your husband is crazy to not be impressed with 5 pounds.  That's hilarious!  But you snapped him into the right attitude telling him the average loss.  It would definitely be bad if he lost 1-2 pounds in the future and was disappointed in himself, know what I mean?

A maintain is awesome! You are probaly thinking, yeah you are crazy, but hey it's better than a gain, and you were hoping you would maintain, so you did just that, and you should be proud of yourself. I used to think at first, every week you are supposed to lose right? Ha, there are going to be times where the scale just sticks like super glue, but its about keeping it from going up. So good job!

You are doing an awesome job as it is! Don't give up!

Heck, I would love to lose 5 pounds in a week! I would be hopping around like a crazy kid!

I hope this weather starts to get better, I love going outside during Spring!
