that is and most of us hand out such consents like free sweets at carnival time. What a pity!!!!
Thanks for your input on my weighing in problem. I do weigh myself after breakfast everytime. The thing is I feel like cheating if I weigh myself before. Well, we'll see. Thanks again.

I gotta try that
getting up and working out, but I love to sleep even more. If I were to, it would mean getting up at 4:30 AM, as I gotta leave for work at about 6 AM. Hmmm...gonna try it one day and see if I am a bear or feel better.
Congrats on the weightloss, I'm jealous, I wanna be 162
someday.

Hello
I happen upon your blog today and noticed a few things-
Your DD has the same name by 15 year son would of had if he were born a girl. If he were a girl his name would of been, Mackenzie Hope. I have loved that name since I was a teenage, but had 2 wonderful boys instead of a girl.
I have a ton of The Firm DVD's, I just did the yoga one yesterday morning! They are great. Have you ever been to their site? I have purchase several things from it.
