Working out at 6 am is kind of fun!!!

Now I know your thinking to yourself...." Is she losing her mind?"  well somedays.......yes I think I am.  But seriously, this morning my darling daughter woke up at 6am for a feeding and usually I feed her, put her back to sleep and go back to sleep myself.  Well this morning as I was giving her her bottle, I decided not to go back to sleep myself.   Instead, I stayed up and worked out for 40 min.  I'm a little on the sore side this morning but I'm so glad I did it.  Now I don't have to worry about getting in my exercise while I'm trying to do everything else tonight when I get home from work.  Its great!!  I'm so happy I did it!!   I think I'm gonna do it tomorrow to!! 

Who is this person that I'm becoming?!?!  Well whoever it is, I love her!!  :o)

That's great!

I know how hard it is to exercise that early in the morning. If it works for you, keep doing it.

That's the Way to Go!

You have discovered the key to sticking to an exercise plan!  If you do this every day, it will become part of your routine and you will feel bad whenever you skip it.  There is also the added benefit of having the rest of the day to do other things.  Way to go!

YES!

I know how it feels to want to stay in bed and keep warm and go back to sleep. I try to go exercise in the morning, cause it gives you energy and raises your metabolism for the day. You are doing it right! Keep it up!

exercising in the morning! It just gets it out of the way and you dont have to worry about fitting it in the day, or when you are going to work out etc. That is awesome, I love sleeping and keeping warm especially! Good job on getting out of bed and working out! Thumbs up!  Keep on doing the good work you are doing and I hope you enjoy your Thursday!

With four kids, I either work out first thing, or rarely work out!  It's great when you can cross that off the list for the day!  I love who you are becoming too!  Keep up the awesome job and thanks for the kind words of encouragement -- this probably one of the toughest times I've ever experiences and I appreciate your messages.  : )
