Well, at least I didn't gain....
It seems that all the walking this week just helped me burn off the extra calories I took in on my Birthday because I again am maintaining this week. It's ok. I didn't gain and I have a new week to look forward too.
A new week to stay OP, A new week to get in my exercise and earn tons of APs, A new week to journal everything that I eat, A new week to learn more about myself. And I'm looking forward to it. No more days where I just kind of "tally" my daily points in my head, I will journal everything. EVERYTHING!! I'm sick of this maintaining and I'm GOING to lose next week!!!

Great idea...
I always lose track when I do it on my head. I'm an online WW member, and I love tracking online. It makes my life so much easier. No loss? Well... that's a week you didn't gain and that's a very good thing! Maybe shake things up this week to get things moving? Vary your points a bit more from day to day. Make sure you aren't eating the exact same menu day after day. Vary your points within the day (big breakfast, small lunch, medium dinner -- mix them up), and the always famous and very favorite (?) water, water, water!!! Keep up the great job you are doing and don't lose sight of what you want at the end of this journey : )

a maintain may not seem so great, but if you weren't doing what you're doing, it probably would have been a gain unfortunately. just know that you are working HARD to improve your life & health, and don't give up!! you keep me going i swear to god!! have a GREAT weekend jenn!!!
