Only 29lbs to go!
Ohhhh I really want to make my goal by the end of June!!! Only 29 lbs to go!! Thats an average of 2 lbs a week. I really want to get to my goal but I'm thinking that losing an average of 2lbs a week is a bit much. Especially if I keep maintaining like I have been, or, god forbid, a gain for that matter. Was my goal of losing 46 lbs in 6 months unrealistic? I didn't think so at first but that was when I was losing 2-3 lbs a week. But I'm not doing that any more.
I'm really gonna have to kick my butt in gear and get more AP's in my day if I'm gonna make my goal by the end of June. I'm loving walking outside with my daughter but it doesn't seem to be enough. I really need to get some strength training in there as well. Its just hard to find time to work out after I get out of work, make dinner, feed Mackenzie, get her ready and then put her to bed. But I'm gonna have to stop using that as an excuse and start doing my Frim DVD's again.
I will make my goal by June!!! I'm driven to get there!!!!

The end of June sounds doable! Definitely pace yourself and be happy with any weekly loss.
