And................well at least I didn't gain.......I didn't lose either though. I'm at a 0 for the week. But I'm ok with it. It just goes to show me that this weight isn't going to come off just because I "kind of" follow the program each week. I have to work at it!! I have to want to be healthy and skinny. So this week:
I will write everything down that I put into my mouth
I will not guesstimate my points after each meal
I will get in at least 3 servings of fruits/veggies each day
I will work out at least twice this week, but will try for more
I will drink 64 oz of water each day
I need to recommit myself before I totally lose focus and give up on all I have lost already. I can't do that. I haven't weighed 166lbs in years!! I can't give up now!!
So my menu today is:
B: Bananna and Pineapple (5)
L: Cheese Pizza and Popcorn w/ Dt Mt. Dew (8)
S: SF Jello (0)
D: Bowl of Chili and Ritz Crackers (10)
Total: 23 points
I can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Journal
As long as you follow all the bullets you wrote out on your post you will definitely see a loss! I love the official WW journals we can buy at the meetings. They are more colorful than the old ones and have those cool little tips at the bottom of each page. I add my own stuff in the margins, too, like how much water I drink, how much I weigh every morning, and how many weekly flex points I have left at the end of each day.
hey girl- sounds like you've got a good game plan for the next week! if nothing else you'll feel good to get all your water in and see exactly what you're eating/doing by writing everything down! you always seem to have the yummiest meals everyday & i get hungry reading what you've eaten!!
i hope you're having a good week- can't believe it's already friday tomorrow! i'm flying to washington dc for work so that should be fun! im going with another co-worker who went to college there so she's all set to take me out for dinner/drinks at some fun places!! (i'll keep thoughts of my extrapounds gals in my head for moral support!!)
keep up the great work & have a fabulous weekend!! (tell that beautiful mackenzie i said hello!!) :)
I started putting exercise into my routine about 6 months down the road. I was also very resistent to exercise, but for me I was just lazy. I had no other priorities in my life at the time! haha
The only thing that got me to exercise is the time I saw a really big gain because I had binged the weekend before. It motivated me to get moving and I've been moving ever since! If and when you decide to start, just take small steps and work your way up. Start with 10 minutes, then 20, then 30, etc. Keep yourself challenged.
In my book, a maintain is a win. And you're a winner Jenn : ) Keep up the great work. Way to journal your food and stay on track! You are absolutely right -- you are too close to turn back to the dark side now! Have a fab weekend.
