Another lb dropped
Yay!! WI was this morning and I'm down another lb. I was glad I lost because, well its that time of the month, and as you ladies who are reading this know, its hard to lose weight when AF shows her face. So I'm on to another week.
This weeks challanges for me:
- To continue writing everything down. I've gotten slack on it and I need to get back into the swing of things.
- To eat more of my Flex Points. I've noticed that I'm actually losing more weight when I eat my flex points than when I was hardly eating any of them.
- To get in 10-15 min every day of carido or exercise. Weather its a DVD tape or cleaning the house. I need to do something to get this tired butt in gear
So thats this weeks goals. I'm hoping I can stick with them!! Only 3lbs to go before I get to my first 10% goal of 163. I can do this!!!
