Well its the weekend, and so far, this week seems to be going well. I'm been OP all week so far and I'm hoping I stick with that this weekend. I find that its harder for me to stay OP during the weekend. Especially if we hang out with friends. Like tonight, DH and I are going to our friends house, the girls are going to scrapbook (I'm so excited) and they guys are just hanging out watching movies. It should be tons of fun. But I can't help worrying about the dinner part of the evening.
I'm afraid if I say I'm on WW that my friends will go out of their way to make a WW friendly meal when no one else who is eating dinner is on a diet. I don't want everyone to change their lifestyle just because of me. Know what I mean? I try and silently in my head, count up the points that I will soon be eating but its hard because I don't have my trusty WW welcome book or slider to quickly calculate my points on a certain food.
Why can't all foods just have a bold point value printed on them so life would be easier for all of us WW's? LOL

On a brighter note, my skinny khakis are now fitting me and are even a little loose in the waist area! That is definitely a NSV (non-scale victory) for me!!! YAY

Try not to worry about your dinner party tonight. Even if you go over a little you can get right back on track tomorrow! :)
I am not doing WW but can you save some points for later so that you can use them at the dinner? I know that might mean being hungry during the day but ???? Just a thought.
I do that sometimes with my calories if I know we are going out or having people over. I save the bulk of the calories I am going to eat for the time I am going to be out or something.
Anyway, I am doing ok. The scale did move another pound...so 9 gone. I still need to start on the cardio so that is my goal starting on Monday to do 30 minutes on my treadmill or bike.
