Awesome WI today!!

I'm down another 2 lbs!! I was so shocked to see that much of a weight loss!!  I'm so excited!!  I'm only 4 lbs away from my 10% goal!!  Talk about some motivation for me!!  I'm so stinking excited!!

For todays menu:

B: Salt Bagel and Dt. Cherry Pepsi (3)

L: Taco Salad Wrap (10) and Dt. Cherry Pepsi

S: SF Jello

D: ??? I"m not sure.   Something for 10 pts!!! 

Woo Hoo!!!!  Bring on the week!!  I'm ready for it!

I guess I didn't catch that you had added a new picture when I posted yesterday- that daughter of yours is absolutely GORGEOUS and you look FANTASTIC! (and happy!) Keep up the great work and I'd love to see more pics when you post them! I'm going to try to add a picture of our pink pajama party (my sisters bridal shower!) next week :)

Congratulations on two more gone... Great job mapping out your day -- that has saved me on more than one occasion.  Not feeling the diet cherry pepsi for breakfast, but I know you're not counting it as a fruit : )

Hey! Thanks for the new comment!

The clinic I go to has you meet with a nutritionist the first time you go and they do have a plan (couple of them) that you can follow, mostly it is really high protein. I have been following it a little bit but mostly just trying to watch my calories/fat etc. I have lost that way in the past but felt like I needed a boost with the diet pill becasue I really stuggled all last year to lose any weight even while working out hard etc.

Oh and they did check my thyroid and some of my levels were low so I am on a natural thyroid medication also and feel like that has helped alot. I also go once a week to weigh and get B12 and B6 shots.

The nutritionist did tell me that when I started I would probably plateau like this after the first month just becuase I don't have alot to lose but she said that it would start dropping again if I just hang in there.

PLUS...I feel like the older I get the harder it gets. Damn it!

I am going to hang in there and I appreciate your support! Hey..us "jen's" have to stick together right! :)
