I'm changing my Weigh-in day to Wednesdays
Well I decided that Mondays were just to hard for me to find the time to get into WW and weigh in. So I decided to change my Weigh in day to Wednesday mornings. The WW meeting center near me has a 8am class and since I don't have to be to work until 8:30am I figure I can slip over there quickly and WI. I just hope they keep this meeting time.
So I was good for Super Bowl Sunday. I did have a few cookies but all in all I only had my one plate of nachos that I told myself I could have and that was it. According to the scale I think I might of lost .5 or 1 lb. I haven't been really good this week so I'll be happy with any kind of loss. Heck I would be happy just maintaining. I need to be motivated again. I can feel myself slipping and I dont' want to gain any of the weight I just lost. I have to stick with it!!!
I'm going to get into the 150's by the middle of March. Thats my mini goal for myself!!
