Sloppy Joes for dinner! Mmm mmm!
Well I'm a little late getting my daily meal plan in but better late than never right?
B: Salt Bagel (yes again, I just love them so much) Spray butter (3pts)
L: Chicken noodle soup and a sour dough roll (5 pts)
S: FF Kettle Korn Popcorn and SF Jello pudding (4)
D: MM MM Ground Turkey Sloppy Joes with Baked Lays and 1 c. corn. (10)
S: WW Oreo Ice Cream Bar (2)
Total for day: 24 Pts using 1 Flex point
I have realised that I hate walking on the treadmill. Its just so darn boring. I did my 50 situps last night and walked ont he treadmill for 15 min. I wanted to do more but I was just so darn bored. So I'm going to try a workout DVD tonight. I've been challanged to get in 30 min of cardio 3x a week. I think I can do that with those DVD's. And they are a lot of fun and a lot of work!

well it's only 9:15 in the morning and your meals from yesterday have made me STARVING! sloppy joes sounds soooo good for some reason!! and i am absolutely OBSESSED with salt bagels- i'm just wondering how the one you ate was only 3 points?? i need to find those!! and aren't the WW desserts awesome?? granted, i could eat about 5 of them (especially the cookie dough ice cream sundae!) but it's nice to be able to have the "taste" of my favorite desserts without all the fat & guilt!!
let me know how the workout DVD goes..i'd like to try one but don't really know which one yet!? anyways, keep up the good work and have a great weekend!

Hope you had a nice weekend!
I refused to get on the scale this morning because the crap I shoved in my mouth all weekend definitely would't have made the scale number go down. Back on track today & the rest of the week though! And I'm coming home on Friday ... Can't wait!! Hope you had a nice weekend & did better than me!! :)
