On today's Menu
Well I've been bad posting what I'm going to eat for the day. I need to get back into doing that. I think I only lost a lb last week because I was really bad at writing stuff down. And of course I haven't exercised in forever. I just can't find the time to get on the treadmill. By the time I get my DD to sleep, I'm to tired myself to get up and walk for 30 min. I have no energy.
So for today's menu:
B: Salt Bagel with spray butter and a Dt. Mt. Dew (3 pts)
L: Subway Turkey and Ham 6-in sub, baked Lays and a diet coke (7 pts)
S: 98% FF kettle korn popcorn (2 pts)
D: Haven't a clue. I'll have 11 pts to eat. I wonder what I will make. A veggie burger and oven fries sounds yummy though. MM MM good!
For my exercise goal, I'm gonna try and get in at least 50 situps today. Some exercise is better than none I guess.
