Hello 160's!!!
Woo Hoo!! My WI was today and I'm down another lb! I wish it was more than just one but I'm happy with any kind of loss!! Especially after the crappy week I had. I'm finally down into the 160's!! I haven't been in the 160's in forever! I can't even remember the last time I was in the 160's!! Yay!!!
All I have to say is 150's here I come!!

Your Question
Hi again! For dinner I do a wide variety of things: many versions of chicken breasts, lasagna, turkey burgers, many types soups.
That I haven't changed with the RD. I just cut the amonunt of food worth points in half and have a larger portion of no point veggies and a large salad.
That's it!
