Been Doing Great!

I'm soooooo sore today!   I guess thats a good thing! atleast I know I'm working hard enough to feel it!

I have been working out 3x daily on the treadmill
Really watching what I eat and how much
and I'm already starting to see the scale move.   YEAH!

I took a break!

I guess you can say I took a break from my weight loss journey!  UGGGG!  I wish I hadn't, I just wonder how much weight I could have lost already.  

Well I back at it!    I bought a treadmill yesterday.  YEAH 4 ME!!!!

I so excited! I can now excerise daily!  Not sure if anyone even reads my blogs, it feels great just writing about it.   Trying to stay motivated!   I'm going to do it this time.  

Not so Great!

I've not been doing good at all. I downslided! I got bored with the excerise and counting calories that I just stopped.  I guess I've just been thinking that was sooo wrong. I should have kept going.  Ok so I'm going to start again. I'm not going to let that bother me. I'm just going to go at a better pace and really watch what I consume.  Oh yeah and Drink lots of water.  :) Well wish me luck, again.   :)

Down another pound

well I wasn't going to way myself for 2 more weeks, but I have been working so hard, and decided to go ahead and weigh myself aflter only a week.  DOWN a pound!    yeah!  I'm so excited! This is for sure motivation to keep going!!!

Starting a new month!

Well yet another good day.  Didn't do my regular excerise, but I did do some different excerises to kinda switch things up a bit.
I actually got breakfast in to day, thats always a plus. :) I have such a hard time eating in the morning. Never seems like I ever have much of an appetite in the mornings.

Well its a new month. I'm excited to see what I can do in this month. I know that I will be happy if I can maintain a 1-2 weight lose a week. I will weigh at the end of this week. :)

A little about me!

I thought I would write alittle about me and my situation.

First of all my name is Jennifer

I have been married for 4 1/2 years to a incredible guy. We have 3 beautiful little girls. Breanna (3), Gracie (2), and Raylee (6months). I got married at 16 and was at that time considered alittle overweight probably about 150. After about a year of marriage and hardly ever cooking, just eating out, I gained about 20 more pounds.  At 170 I found out I was pregnant with our first daughter, Breanna. I gained quite a bit of weight with the pregnancy and after her birth had a hard time getting rid of the weight. I think after the pregnancy I stayed a steady 185. I then found out I was pregnant with our Second, Gracie. After that pregnancy I was around 200.  I decided to lose the weight by walking and eating better.  I lost 25 pounds fairly quickly, which put me back at 175.  I was doing so good and couldn't believe the fat was just disappearing, but then again found out I was pregnant. I couldn't believe it, pregnant again. After the pregnancy I have stayed around 205 until recently. I decided to try Extrapounds.com to blog and log, and it has been great. I seem to stay motivated and do good. I have already lost 6 pounds. I know that at 21, 205 was not the weight I needed to be, and that if i didn't change my habits I would not only gain more, but what would I be teaching my children about being heathy.

Yet another good day

OK its been another good day. Still eating right. I found that when I blog and Log all food intake and excerise I seem to stay on track. Well I'm so proud of myself. I took a small walk with my daughters today and rode my stationary bike for 25 min. I hope to still do some more later. I know that even though the weight isn't leaving as fast as I would like, its still going to go eventually and that to me is incredible!!!!!!   I'm finally go to feel healthy and look better again. Its been about 7 years since I have been a heathy weight.

Another Day

Well today has been another good day, to me anyways.  I did miss breafast, and I know I shouldn't have.  I did watch what I ate and did excerise. I'm happy as long as I get my excerise in, because that is honestly the most dreaded thing. I do feel really good after I do it though.  I rode my excerise bike for 30 min. today and danced with my children, which was a blast. I also plan on going for a walk again when my hubby gets home.  Overall I am really excited about what is to come.  
                                                      

Doing Well!

Today had been a great eating day.  I have really watched what I'm eating and been making healthier choices.  I made a deal with myself that I am not to drink anymore pop.  I was addicted to Pop, it was crazy.  I'm so sick of water, but I know I need it. I rode my excerise bike today, and plan on going for my 1 1/2 walk mile when my hubby gets home so he can watch the kiddos. I have really found motivation looking out peoples before and after photos. :)  Well Wish me luck on my weightloss journey!!!  I'm on a mission to a new and improved ME!!!
