Staying on Track
Weight Today: 193.8 3.8 pounds till mini goal!!!!!!
Still doing good! The weight loss has slowed down, but that's OK, I knew it would! Its not good to lose a pound a day anyhow! :)
Still eating well!
Still exercising
Still believing in myself ****SO IMPORTANT!!!
I feel like I look hot in my skinny jeans, lol ;) Can't wait to see how I will look more pounds down :)
I finally got my shape-wear from Macy's !!!!!
It is AWESOME!!!! I highly recommend shape-wear to everyone!!!!! Yes it takes like 5-10 pounds off (look wise) Instantly!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yeah and my Kenneth Cole high heels came ***So Hott!
Its Hubby's birthday Monday, so we are going out tonight!

Down a bit more
Well I'm down to 194.6 not much of a loss, but hey its a loss!
I have been working so hard. Yesterday I spent all afternoon in the back yard racking leaves and playing kick ball with my girls. I had a blast, but I'm feeling it today.
4.6 pounds left till I reach mini goal ;)

hubby helped me clear our sunroom of junk and then move all of our equipment in. Forget the fitness Center, I have my own ;) ............ Have a great Day

Its a New Day!
Morning Weight: 195.4 !!!!
Today has been kinda of a break day! I am going to get some yard work done because it is so nice. I guess that can be my daily exercise, along with cleaning out a cluttered sun-room. I think I pulled a muscle in my leg so No treadmill for me today.
On another note, one of my friends brought me a stair stepper he had had in his garage. Its nice. I am getting so much exercise stuff lately. That's the reason for the cleaning of the sun-room, lol :)
The nice weather today has inspired my husband to want to cook-out. Wish me luck to not be a lil piggy :)

OLD PANTS!
Just wanted to add today that I pulled out my old pants sz. 16 and I'm IN!!!!!!!!!! ok ok so not in them comfortably, but they go on!!!!!!!
Thats a start! WOW! how that motivated me to get going and get in them AGAIN!
Oh yeah does anyone wear Shapewear? I purchased a pair of thigh and belly Shapewear from Macy's and expecting them to arrive soon. Hope they give me a slimmer look :)

I feel great!
I have recently ran into a problem, not my problem, My friends and family all think I'm going to quit! WHATS UP W/ THAT! I guess they don't believe in me. Oh Well It just pushes me to do better and excerise more. I'll show them kinda attitude. I thought to myself though what if they were saying that knowing I would push myself harder. Oh well I don't know.
I do know I'm on a mission and this mission ain't over yet!
Great Job Everyone and Keep it up. My biggest motivators are others accomplishing their goals.

oh what a day!
Hi everyone!
I woke up today and weighed 197.2 WOW!!!
I'm loving it! I'm seeing it, and better yet, so are others!
Nothing feels better than losing weight right now.
I'm staying fully committed!
Goals for today!

90 oz. of water
50 crunches
30 min. of dancing w/ kiddos

Feeling it today!
I have been keeping my goals! :) I'm so excited about this weight loss and feel so motivated to continue on making the choices I have made recently. I understand that this is a lifestyle and not a diet. :) If I go back to my old ways I will gain!
Weight this morning: 198.6
mini goal: 190 by March 28th :)

I DID IT!
I am 199 pounds!!!!!! YEAH 4 ME!!!! finally under 200. I feel like I am headed in the right direction. Can't wait to be in the 180's and then so on and so on. :) Even though today is going to be very busy, I'm still gonna try to get my goals done.

100 crunches
50 squats
3 miles at 3.5 mph
90 oz of water

Whats Wrong!?
I think I might have dropped my calories WAY to low. I'm not counting I'm just eating less. I feel so weak today and when I tried to eat I thought I was going to hurl! :( My weightloss seems impossible. I weighed 200.6 this morning its almost like I've been losing a pound a day! Weird!
Anyhow I already walked a mile today and plan on walking about 2 more when I get a chance and probably 50 crunches.
I figured I should be excited about the weightloss, but I'm alttle worried. I know its not good to lose to much quickly.

DOWN!!!!!!!!
I know its not good to weigh everyday, but come on........ Its hard not to. Anyhow I weighed AGAIN! this morning to find I was down to 202.8 YEAH! I want to be under 200 sooooo bad! It is the TOM, so I'm not sure with all of the bloating and such if this is an accurate weight.
My Excerise goals for today:

3 miles on treadmill @ 3.5 mph ***DONE*** 4.5 miles
100 crunches ***Done***
100 squats ***Done***
50 lunges
50 curls
Also plan is to drink 90 oz. of water ***Done***
