I've been slacking

I have not been eating right and not doing any excersie.   :(

Thank Goodness I have only gained 1.6 pounds before I got control of myself, lol    

I need to lose this weight for my health, children, but most of all because I want it sooooooooo bad!

I really need to stop skipping breakfast, it really makes me eat more throughout the day.

I'm really excited about losing so much already.  I did lose 33 pounds, but now I'm back to 29 pounds gone.   I didn't make my goal of 180 by tomorrow, but its ok.

Its Been a Long Couple of days

Its been such a hetic week. My husbands grandpa pasted away. The funeral was yesterday and it has been so hard for my husband.  I haven't been able to get excerise done, but I will begin today again.

Almost 30 pounds Gone

All my clothes fit me, and if they don't then they are to BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really need to go shopping for some new clothing!

Almost 30 pounds gone.    YEAH!

I reached 190 by goal date! Actually 1 week early!!!!!!
Hows that for motivation!  This excerise and eating right REALLY works!!!!!!!

I haven't been this weight for a long time.   Can't wait to lose the rest!!!!!!


WHOA!!!!!!

This has been an incredible journey!  Ups and downs....  I'm so glad that I have committed myself to a healthier lifestyle!  I made a picture thingy to show my current progress!!!  its in my pictures.... Check it out. I would love to hear some comments....  The comments give me that extra push I think I need!   :)  Still Going and hopefully I will lose the rest with time and commitment!

Fighting the urges!

         I have been having problems eating like I should.  I would like to skip meals to only eat WAY more than I should at night. I have been doing better fighting the urges, but its sooooo hard!  I feel like I'm in battle WITH MYSELF!  The excerise is still going good, although I would like to be doing more!

I guess its been a better few days! :) lost 2.4 pounds!  back to 195 Yeah!

I just got to keep telling myself I can do this!!!!  I want this so bad!

OUCH!!!!!!!!

I went out with my husband this weekend, I decided that a nice meal would be fine as long as it was small. I did indeed eat a small nice meal. I did have to many drinks though. I also indulged in some cake yesterday and today for hubby's birthday and my daughters 1rst birthday! I feel so bloated and full. What was I thinking. All that hard work that took time destroyed FAST!

I got on the scale to see 197.4  OUCH!!!!! thats a pretty good gain.  How is this possible!!!!!! Now that I have seen what I few mess ups can do. I will for sure be watching would I do closer now.   :)   I just keep telling myself not to quit!!! I feel so awful when I mess up and soooo good when I'm good.  Good it is for now on!!!!!!  :)
