Pajama Day!
My back is feeling better today! thank Goodness! I'm hoping to get a lot more exercise done today than I I got done yesterday. Feeling pretty good about today.
Not a lot going on so me and the girls have planned a pajama day!
I again did the slim fast shake for breakfast. Not the best tasting but at least it helps get a breakfast in.

I did it!
Well I walked a mile! even with my hurt back! Actually it wasn't to bad. To go a mile though is awesome for me, because I had my mind set that I wasn't working out today. Woohoo glad I did!

Hurt Back!
Well, I hurt my back yesterday, and boy does it hurt. Not sure if I will be getting any excerise done until it stops hurting. Think I might have to go into the doctor today. It might be a pulled muscle, but not sure.
Hubby says it probably cause I've been working out to hard? hmmm... maybe. Well atleast he noticed me working hard. When I first started hubby told me I couldn't do it, lol. That was the biggest motivator in the world. I hate for someone to tell me I can't do something, because after he said that I was determined. LOL he knew that 2. :)
I did weigh again, and i know that I shouldn't focus on the number but anyhow it said 180.8 well I'm very happy about this, because I had set a mni goal of 180 by May 28th. :)
Also I have started having a slim-fast shake for breakfast, because I'm not a breakfast person. I always skip it. This way I still get my calories(Energy) I need.

181.2 ????
I got on the scale today and it said 181.2 WOW!!!! I have been working out like crazy, but how could this be? I mean I'm excited but yet very confused. I must of had alot of water weight that I lost or something.

New mini goal
Well today is a new week. I have set a goal to try really hard to lose 3 pounds this week. I know that I can do it. I just have to stay motivated eat right and get my excerise done.
MINI GOAL: 180 by May 28th!
I will be so happy to get out of the 180's! I've been here for awhile now.

185 again, but I'm not upset about it. I will lose this weight!

WoW! I feel better
I'm so glad I wrote my previous blog. The one about not being motivated to workout! After writing that blog I went straight to my workout room and worked my butt off. I feel so good now, and I'm ready to get back out there and do some more. I'm pumped now!

Need to excerise
Its been some days since I've posted so I thought I had better get on here and write some.
I'm still doing ok, not great, but ok. My biggest problem hasn't been the the food, its been the excerise. I just can't seem to stay motivated to get some excerise done.
Well hopefully I can get back to doing my excerises. :)

183.2
I worked out like crazy last night. I was bored and thought that it was the perfect time to get some excerise done. Boy did I feel great after working out.. :)
I weighed this morning and I'm at 183.2 Yeah I guess I'm right on track! I plan to workout some more today and of course stay on track with the water and food.
I read a great article in Good Housekeeping called "You say you want to change". It gave some great tips!
The first time we slip up, most of us become convinced we are hopeless, weak, or unmotivated - which makes us feel even more stuck than we were before.
We're so mad at ourselves for violating a rule that we punish ourselves by abandoning all self-control. Or we decide that we might as well give up because we've missed a day
The more we hold ourselves to this rigid standard, the more we then abuse ourselves.
Scientists tell us that on average, cravings attack 4 - 7 times a day and last only seconds. So what we need is strategies for those few seconds.
Turn a mishap into an esteem boost be reminding yourself that it takes courage not to give up
Remember what will truly make you happy
Find someone who's doing what you want and imitate them

Looking Fab!
ok so finally Aunt Flow left! Yeah 4 Me! Bloating all gone!
I think I look fab!
Ok so I have alot left to lose, but I have plenty of time. I honestly don't have a goal date. I probably should, but I seem to get discourged when I put a date on things. Feels of being rushed make me want to quit.
I can't wait for it to warm up alittle! :) I really want to swim! What great excerise that would be.
Well I guess I will weigh at the end of the week and post my progress. :)
