Aching!
Good day everyone!
Yesterdays workout were so intense! yeah for that, but nay for the soreness today. I might have did to much! I'm Aching!
I went to Youtube and did a 15 min. Ab workout and a 15 jumping Workout! I thought at first they would be pretty easy, but at the end of it, I was suprised!
I also got in a 3 mile jog and 90 oz of Water!
Goals for today:
90 oz of water
3 mile walk
Arms

has workout things on there? LOL, I didn't know that.
Anyways, I was lookling at some blogs for some motivation... I read down a bit on your blog .
You've done an amazing job with your weightloss journey before, and I am sure that you can get to your goal in no time. :) I hope that I can continue to stay motivated (unlike it has been for me in the last 4-5 days for me...)
