Doing it.. and doing it Well
Good Day Everyone!
I was able to get up today and jog 1 mile. Thats Great for me!
I got 3 miles done yesterday and 2 the day before. I hope to get another 2 miles in today.
Can anyone recommend any great workout videos ?
I think I'm going to start dancing for a workout! My girls love to dance around and this will get them feeling like they are involved in mommy's workouts
I didn't get my 90 oz of water in yesterday. I'm just going to try harder today. I have managed to stay away from the pop and junk food. So far so good on that.
I changed my hair color to red! I'm loving it! here is a picture....
