Motivated!
I'm officially motivated again! I walked alittle over 2 miles yesterday and I'm really excited about losing weight again. I started drinking lots of water and I hope I can stick with that. I'm excited about next Sundays weigh-in. I know that with hard work and eating right I can do this!
Blogging helps me stay accountable!
I'm hoping to lose approx. 2 pounds a week. I think that this is a very obtainable goal.
Goals for today:
Drink 90 oz. of water * Walk 2 miles * Work on arms
