Much Better!
Today has been such a better day than yesterday,
Today I managed to eat breakfast and I took my girls to the library. The library experience didn't go as planned, but all and all it was ok. I now need to get some excerise in and make sure to drink lots of water.
Today is my official weigh in: 176 pounds
that is 10 pounds this week!
I'm quite sure alot of the weight was water weight.
I feel like I need to make a few changes in my excerise routine and diet to get past this point in my weight.
I seem to get to this weight and have a hard time losing past this point.
I hope everyone is having a grerat day!
Excerise goals for today:
4 miles
30 min bike
3 sets of 10 reps (weights) Arms
ab machine 20 min.
90 oz water.
I will split this up and hopefully accomplish these goals in 2 hours of my day.
