Another day...
On Wednesday I didn't get my exercises done again. My son was sick with a stomache virus so I really didnt have much alone time before at 6pm.
Thursday - Exercise is out of the way-
20 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
25/25 Ea Leg (lifts)
Stretching
I have to have 3 teeth pulled at 8am so I figured I would get it done while I was at work. I'm getting to where I crave water. It used to be that I craved Sun Drop but now I would rather have water. I am doing good with the 1 soda a day, and drinking more water. I am very proud of myself for that. I'm taking baby steps but hopefully I'll acheive my goal.
Is my goal unrealistic? 120 pounds by this time next year?

Good job.
Good job on the one soda a day. Before you know it you'll be going several days in a row without a soda and then you won't be able to remember the last time you had one. Craving water is a great thing!! I always have a bottle of water in my hand.
As for reaching your goal of 120lbs in a year, that MIGHT be a little too much. But then again, for you, it might be a completely attainable goal! I know that I lost 67lbs in 2006. Just keep up the good work and you'll be there before you know it.

2 lbs a week
Try to lose 2 lbs a week, that puts you at a 96 lb weight loss in a year. And if you look at how you will be toning your body with exercise, that will change your shape even faster!
