i did it
i exercised for 30 minutes. i took photos but "uh no" i'm not posting 'em. ~shakes head~ the pictures were worse than my before picture. ~shutters~
this morning i found my 8 minute ABS, ARMS, LEGS, and BUNS dvds. and i actually did the ABS and ARMS this morning. i even used 3 pound weights to do the ARMS workout. =)
i intend to do the LEGS and BUNS version this evening.
thanks again for the comments and words of encouragement. knowing that i was accountable to ya'll forced me to finally get off my bottom and exercise. i can't express in words how much ya'll mean to me.

Thanks for posting comment on my blog. I joined the local triathlon club and bike group. They of course have all kinds of info on where to ride, safest places, etc. Maybe you can check those out. We also have a lot of women who ride so that is nice and all levels of skills so is fairly easy to find someone to ride with. The most popular place here to ride is on River Road which runs alongside the levee by the MIssissippi river. The only thing is most of us gals don't want to ride there alone. And can be hard to find peeps who won't cancel on you at last minute but thats part of it I guess. You can also Google for bike routes in your area. I don't have a link for the site but a few of them have maps with starts and ends marked and also the mileage. Hope this helps. I am hooked on my bike. Was gonna ride today but is very windy and pretty cold just standing still lol. I have gear for cool days but none yet for really cold, windy days.

Get that Blood Pumpin!
Good job in getting in what sounds like a great workout! I know what you mean about feeling accountable. Its weird how people we have never met can effect our commitment to our weight loss journey, but I am glad it does!
Btw I don't feel guilty about the cake.....it was too yummy, and I figured out that I really didn't go over my calorie goal for the day, so I was fine eating it. I'm just glad I got rid of it so that temptation wasn't laying around the house! :)

I used to have a VHS tape called 8 Minute Abs. It got eaten by the VCR. Now we don't have a VCR. I wonder if it's the same video. Is there cheesey porno sounding music in it? Not that I know what porno music sounds like LOL!. Anyway, point is, I'm proud of you! And I love the people on EP too!

LOL Thanks for all the comments! I told you it seemed like we had a lot in common!! Weird, isn't it? I'm glad I'm not the only one who forgets to eat sometimes! Cuz I was feeling a little lonely there! LOL
Good job on the workout. And best of luck to you on this journey! Just don't give up, hang in there, and take as much support as you need.

I am so proud of you.....last night was my yoga night....
I should do cardio today....either treadmill or bike....but I had a crazy exciting day.....met 3 ep friends for lunch...go see my post.....we ate TexMex....and although we made fairly good choices.....I'm still stuffed...so much more than a JC portion......so tomorrow is usually a rest day...I'm thinking I'm going to swap this time......
So you better check up on me tomorrow...to make sure I did it
You need to reward yourself with a hot bubblebath and Advil liqui-gels.....part reward...part therapy......if you are too sore....it makes it hard to go again....at least for me.
Hey....I want to know how tatumsmom knows what porn music sounds like?????
