Well, I just got back from a month at my grandmother's in Florida. That was difficult. I ate horribly, I mean I was down south! I know that doesn't mean much, but we do NOT have the kind of BBQ they do! Their ribs are incredible! 
Anyways, I have been back on track for about a week now! So that's a good thing! I hope everyone is doing well!
Hope it doesn't take too long to get back on track. I know I tend to lose focus after a vacation. Just wanted to stop by and say hi.
